Looking for a weight gain plan? Are you wondering how do I gain weight? Are you desperately looking for information on a good, healthy way to gain weight and all you can find is a ton of information about how to lose it? There is help on these pages.
If you wanted to lose weight, do you think you would have a hard time finding information and suggestions? Likely not. There is so much information; so many products and programs out there for losing weight that you would have a hard time sifting through them and you will continually come across new ones.
But if you wanted to gain weight, you could spend a lot of time looking for information and you would likely find very little. While excess weight is a problem for a large proportion of the population, for the relatively few that would like to gain weight it can be a very frustrating struggle which starts with just finding suggestions of how to do it in a healthy way.
The purpose of this page and others it links to is to help fill that void. With the information here you can come up with your own healthy weight gain plan. I am open to comments or suggestions and will add to this as I find any more or better information.
There is a healthy way to do it and an unhealthy way (probably many ways). We know enough about the dangers of too much fat both on the body and in the diet to know that just eating more is not the best solution. It is also possible that you have another health problem unrelated to your caloric intake that makes it hard to gain weight. Some of those are addressed here too.

I have assembled quite a bit of information about how to gain weight. On this and associated pages are many tips of things you can do directly, lifestyle tips that may help in the long term and relevant background information. I am always looking for more good information and have several things I could now add.
