Good health tips. Here is where you can leave a tip - of course, it helps me and I appreciate it - but you can help others too. If you have a simple healthy lifestyle tip you would like to share, you can do that here.
Guidelines for submitting your own good health tips
Do get your regular exercise to help with mental health, positive outlook.
Why? because the increased circulation removes toxins from and brings oxygen to the brain. "When we work the nerves of motion, we relax the nerves of emotion."
Do drink a couple of mugs of warm water upon arising.
Why? because it stimulates the release of the hormone motilin which induces peristalsis of the bowel, aiding regularity.
Don't sleep with your hands up near your face.
Why not? - because that position can overly stretch the nerve (the funny one) running through your elbow, affecting its function and causing numbness in your hands when you wake up.
Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water.
Why not? Because it releases dioxins from the plastic into the water.
Don't use products that contain barley grass powders.
Why not? - Because dehydrated barley grass has high levels of phytates that interfere with mineral absorption. BarleyLife is a barley JUICE powder (not just ground leaves) and therefore does not contain the phytates which are removed with the fiber.
